If any of you are like us, choosing which cocktail to drink can be a hard choice. Short, long, sweet or sour – mood and context changes the decision each time. Fortunately for all, Bombay Sapphire have come up with an inspired trio of tipples to suit any mood. Served in the tranquil surroundings of the V&A’s John Madejski garden Bombay Sapphire’s Imagination bar is serving a range of cocktails during the museum’s Friday Late Summer camps.

Imagine

50ml Bombay Sapphire

15ml Maraschino (cherry Liqueur)

15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

5ml Crème de Violette

15ml egg white

Lemon twist

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and then strain into a chilled martini glass

Punch Illusion

30ml Bombay Sapphire

10ml Martini Rosso

10ml Chambord

125ml lemonade

Place all ingredients into a highball glass, add ice, stir

Garnish with lemon slice, orange slice, raspberry and a mint sprig

Blue Sky Thinking

50ml Bombay Sapphire
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
15ml Creme de Myrtle
dash of soda

Place the first 3 ingredients into your glass, stir

Add crushed ice to until the glass is 3/4 full and stir again

Add the dash of soda and a little more crushed ice

Stir once more and then garnish with a couple of slices of lemon and a few blueberries

Finally lace or pour the Creme de Myrtle over the top of the cocktail
